Heather Pleskach, Founder & Lead Designer
Hi, I’m Heather — so glad you’re here.
I’m the creative behind Elegance by Heather, and I’m all about the details that make a wedding feel effortless, elevated, and you. I’m the person who notices when something feels a little off, figures out how a space should flow, and makes sure everything comes together in a way that feels polished without ever feeling overdone.
I love working with couples who want a beautiful wedding but don’t want the process to feel stressful or complicated. I help you sort through ideas, make confident decisions, and actually enjoy the planning along the way. I’m hands-on, organized, and always thinking a few steps ahead — so you don’t have to.
Outside of weddings, I’m a proud mom to two amazing boys, a daughter-in-law, and I’ve recently been upgraded to Grandma (still my favorite title). I love getting lost in a good book and I’m a total wannabe world traveler, always pulling inspiration from places, spaces, and moments that feel special.
At the end of the day, I want you to feel excited, supported, and totally at ease — knowing someone has the details covered.

Hi, I’m Ashley—part wedding planning strategist, part creative problem-solver, and a big fan of a beautifully organized spreadsheet. At Elegance by Heather, I help bring elevated, thoughtfully designed weddings to life with seamless planning, clear communication, and a calm, behind-the-scenes approach (yes, budgets can be fun—when they’re done right).
I’m a proud Kent State University grad (Go Flashes!) with a degree in Business and Marketing, which means I love pairing creativity with strategy to keep your wedding plans both inspiring and organized.
My goal is simple: take the pressure off your shoulders so you can stay present, enjoy the process, and soak in every meaningful moment.
When I’m not planning weddings, I’m a wife, mom to two spirited girls, and dog mama—balancing life, love, and a color-coded calendar ha! I can’t wait to help you create a wedding day that feels intentional, beautiful, and completely you.

Katie Darling, Wedding Day-of Coordinator
Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a wedding day-of coordinator who loves bringing a couple’s unique vision to life. Every wedding is filled with beautiful little details, and nothing makes me happier than making sure those details come together seamlessly so you can truly enjoy your day. I believe every couple deserves to feel stress-free, supported, and fully present as they celebrate with the people they love most. My work is all about creating moments of elegance, much like the stunning styles featured at Elegance by Heather, which is coming soon to offer even more inspiration for your special day.
When I’m not coordinating weddings, you can usually find me at the gym, out for a run, or spending time with friends. I also love hosting gatherings of my own—it’s where my passion for organization and creating memorable moments really shines. To recharge, I enjoy curling up with a good book or working on a crochet project.
