Hi, I’m Heather—the creative mind and detail-obsessed heart behind Elegance by Heather. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the one hosting, styling, and designing big events. What started as a passion for making gatherings beautiful and meaningful turned into a career that lights me up every single day.

Someone once asked me, “What’s the thing you love so much you can’t wait to jump out of bed for, and it keeps you up at night because you can’t stop thinking about it?” For me, that answer was clear: wedding and event design. There’s nothing I love more than creating experiences where every detail is intentional, polished, and personal to my couples. My clients know me as their “wedding bestie”—someone who cares about their day as much as they do, and who won’t rest until every last detail is perfect.

Outside of work, I’m a proud boy mom and have recently graduated to grandma status—which I think might just be the best stage of life yet. I’m also a total design enthusiast, with a love for interior styling that runs just as deep as my passion for weddings. When I’m not creating, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book, dreaming of my next adventure (I’m a wannabe world traveler!), or relaxing by the beach.

At the end of the day, I believe your wedding or event should feel like you—elegant, effortless, and unforgettable. And I’m here to make sure of it.

Hey there, I'm Ashley—the marketing magician at Elegance by Heather, where we take your big moments and turn them into unforgettable experiences. If you need someone to sprinkle a little sparkle on your event, I’m your girl! I’m all about using digital strategy and creative marketing to make sure your celebration is the talk of the town. Think of me as your behind-the-scenes cheerleader, making sure everything is smooth, seamless, and totally stress-free.

I’m a proud Kent State University grad (Go Flashes!) with a degree in Business and Marketing, but my real passion is helping businesses grow, shine, and fill a need in the community. I thrive on creating experiences that feel fresh, fun, and unforgettable. The goal? To take the pressure off your shoulders and let you focus on enjoying every second of your special day.

Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a wedding day-of coordinator who loves bringing a couple’s unique vision to life. Every wedding is filled with beautiful little details, and nothing makes me happier than making sure those details come together seamlessly so you can truly enjoy your day. I believe every couple deserves to feel stress-free, supported, and fully present as they celebrate with the people they love most.

When I’m not coordinating weddings, you can usually find me at the gym, out for a run, or spending time with friends. I also love hosting gatherings of my own—it’s where my passion for organization and creating memorable moments really shines. To recharge, I enjoy curling up with a good book or working on a crochet project.
